General
Does the twin talk like the expert?+
It carries the stance and reasons in the expert's cards; it doesn't try to mimic their voice. Where there's no card it says so with an “extrapolated” label.
How accurate are answers?+
“Grounded” answers rest on decisions the expert really made. Still, every answer is an opinion; for important calls, talk to the expert or a professional.
Why no health, law or finance?+
Wrong answers cost more there and need an extra legal framework. They open after legal sign-off.
Which languages?+
The app is in Turkish and English. Twins answer in the language of the question.
For experts
How much time does it take?+
About an hour on day one (interview, test, publish). Then 15-30 minutes a week: answering tasks and adding calls you made during the day.
What if my twin says something wrong?+
Ask the same question in Test and see which card was used. Archive it or add a card with the right stance. Changes go live right away.
Could client data leak?+
Don't put personal details in cards. Even if you do, names, phones, emails and IDs are masked. The twin doesn't quote cards verbatim; if it tries, the answer is blocked.
Can I see who asked what?+
No. You only see anonymous summaries of topics at least 3 different people asked about, plus overall numbers.
How much do I earn?+
Each answer pays your rate tier minus a 20% platform commission. During beta earnings are simulated; real payouts start after beta.
Can I take my twin offline?+
Yes. Archive cards, or ask us to unpublish it. Deleting your account deletes your twin.
For users
What does it cost?+
Each answer costs a few credits; 1 credit is 0.01 USD. In beta everyone starts with 500 free credits and no card is needed. Asking your own twin is free.
Could my agent overspend?+
No. You set a monthly cap when approving each connection; once hit, the agent can't ask.
Where do my questions go?+
After masking personal details, to the model for an answer. The expert never sees the raw question. In Privacy you can opt out of training, export or delete your data.
I don't use an agent. Can I still use it?+
Yes. Use “Try in the browser” on any expert profile.
